Even though there are thousands of standards for the variety of applications and industries, many EMC, EMI and RF tests refer back to the IEC/EN international compliance standards.

  • Automotive EMC Standards

    With the rise of electrical vehicles, more emphasis is given to test standards to ensure safety and functionality from component, sub assembly and complete hevicle level. The EMC shop is supplying automotive EMC test equipment for international compliance standards such as ISO 7637 and ISO 16750-2, as well as for manufacturer specific test standards.   • CISPR Standards

    CISPR Standards set for controlling electromagnetic interference in electrical and electronic devices, and is a part of the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC).

  • Telecom Testing

    Telecom Testing EMC requirements for information technology & telecommunication equipment.

    The EMC Shop stocks electromagnetic environmental equipment for classes of telecommunication equipment covering all relevant electromagnetic environmental parameters. This Recommendation applies to telecommunication equipment installed in telecommunication centres, outdoor locations and customer premises. This is a basic EMC Recommendation for telecommunications.

  • FCC Part 15

    FCC Part 15 regulates low power, unlicensed devices that could cause interference to the Amateur Radio Service and vice versa.

    FCC Part 15 covers an assortment of electronic equipment that generates RF energy whether it's intentional, unintentional or incidental. Amateurs will need to consider Part 15 as it relates to digital devices, computers, low-powered, unlicensed transmitters, electrical devices and any other "generic" device that might generate RF in the normal course of its operation.
